Noritake Desert Scene Biscuit Barrel

Offered for sale is a lovely, vibrant Noritake Biscuit Barrel, hand painted with a Desert scene. This particular design was registered for export to Uk in 1908. The lid, rim and handle are Epns (Silver Plate) made by Abrahams & Co of Birmingham. Their registered trademark "Abraplate" is stamped on the rim, although it is very rubbed through over zealous cleaning, you can still make it out. The Porcelain is in excellent condition with vibrant colouring and the quality you would expect from a Noritake item.
