Description
Lovely quality etching of Oast houses and out buildings in Kent. The etching is a fine early state with evidence of wiping. In the bottom right hand corner is the artist's Motif, a winged bird. The work is signed near the bottom of the sheet Nev Shaw, but this may have been added by another artist.
The V&A hold a similar view of Oast houses by Shaw which can be viewed on their website.

The etching is in fairly good condition. There is a little rubbing to the surround of the plate mark.
