Description
It was issued by the Railway executive Committee in about 1941/1942. The artist was Bert Thomas 1883-1966. Thomas was a political cartoonist who worked for Punch and designed posters during the war. This poster is a reprint that was published in the Times in the late 1960s. The condition is good given its age with a few small nicks to the margins.
