Pair of 18th Century Georgian Shropshire Elm Country Chairs (Staffordshire Farmhouse)

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - These chairs are in a good and original condition commensurate with its age. Some odd minor marks and blemishes. Some old and extinct worm holes, typical of elm antique furniture, that does not affect the sturdiness of the chair in any way, and now treated as way of precaution. A natural knot hole in one of the seats and partial ring mark to the other. No loose joints. No obvious signs of damage or repairs. Charming aged wear. Very good colour, polish and patina. Very serviceable and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc. Come and view any piece in my warehouse near Harrogate.
