Pair of Antique Silver Shell Shaped Butter Dishes

A fine matching pair of Sterling Silver butter dishes. They are stylish and good quality, shaped as shells set on three small ball feet. They weigh approximately 83g in total. The dishes are both fully hallmarked for George Unite, Birmingham, 1919. They are in excellent condition with clear hallmarks. There are no major damages and they display beautifully. There are some faint surface marks and signs of age and use but nothing untoward or detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
