Pair of Silver Shabbat Candlesticks Jacob Rosenzweig London 1920

We have for sale a lovely pair of silver Shabbat candle sticks by the excellent London silversmith Jacob Rosenzweig dating to 1920. This pair of very attractive weighted candlesticks are formed from heavy gauge silver. They are of a traditional knopped baluster form decorated with embossed acanthus leaves and come with with domed detachable sconces. The candle sticks are each raised on three cast feet. The candlesticks carry full English hallmarks for London 1920 along with the makers for Rosenzweig, Taitelbaum & Co (Jacob Rosenzweig). The candlesticks are 8.25 inches (21cm) high and are in a very good to excellent condition commensurate with a 100 years of being treated with considerable care.
