Description
This is a good early 19th Century antique mahogany table which has a kidney shaped top with boxwood inlay and a moulded edge. The table has four splayed legs which are also inlaid with boxwood inlay and are connected by four stretchers with a lower tier in the middle which is inlayed.
This is a very elegant table and a good example of its type, please note that on the bottom it has Room 1 written on it which shows that it is a piece of furniture that is considered good enough quality to be either a main bedroom or withdrawing room / sitting room piece of furniture.
