The watch has a good quality 15-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Zenith name and it has the serial number 1,961,400 which dates it back to 1915.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has details of the movement and also of trade medals won by Zenith.
The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 800 silver with rose gold wash highlights, and there are Continental hallmarks inside both of the case backs, together with the Zenith logo. The case is in good condition, some rubbing to the gold wash and light marking. There are the remains of initials in the cartouche to the back of the watch.
The acrylic lens is in good condition (some white reflection showing in the photo).
The signed dial has faint marking, may have been restored in the past. Ornate hands and 24 hour outer numerals in blue.
The watch comes with a two tone watch chain which sits very nicely with the watch.
The watch and chain come in a new presentation box.
