Pocket Watch Chain 12ct Rose Rolled Gold Antique 1890s Albert With Sliding T Bar

Victorian Gentleman's large and highly impressive 12ct rose rolled gold (stamped, professionally tested and is known in the U.S.A as gold filled) traditional chunky curb link Antique pocket watch chain / double Albert with original sliding T bar and original matching stamped dog clips. C~1890's. Similar to the pocket watch chain I have supplied to 'Peaky Blinders'. Measures; 40cm / 15 3/4" total length and weighs a heavy 49.3 grams. Bright crisp traditional chunky curb links (measure 7mm width) - all have a lovely rich rose pink hue and reflect the light beautifully. Robust and well made original matching secure dog clip to each end (both operate correctly) which are stamped (within recessed, shield shaped cartouches) with the makers intertwined initials; Hp. Original big sliding T bar (measures 4.2cm length) which is stamped to one side; Rolled Gold and is suspended from a short length of oval and round link chain so allowing the wearer to display a fob if desired. Moves correctly up and down the entire length of the chain and has a little length of oval link chain below with original large round link to end - again allowing the wearer to display a fob or similar. Excellent bright clean condition with absolutely no damage, just a tiny bit of light overall wear/patina (mainly to one of the dog clips - this would have been the prefered one in use) and fine little surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
