Pocket Watch Chain Fob Enamelled 1887 Queen Victorian Jubilee Silver Mount

Gentleman's original antique large multi coloured enamel pocket watch chain English 'coin' fob set within an attractive solid silver mount. C ~ Dated 1887 - made to Commemorate the Golden Jubilee Of Queen Victoria. (Please excuse all the reflections and dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 4.6cm height (including the top ring), 3.4cm width, 3mm depth and weighs a heavy 31.8 grams. The front is beautifully adorned with Queen Victoria to centre depicted in gold enamel set upon a Cardinal red enamel background. Around the circumference is stamped in bold script (again in yellow gold); Victoria Dei Gratia. The back carries a Royal Coat Of Arms to centre (with Regal crown to top) which is depicted in multi coloured enamel set upon a vibrant Royal blue enamel background and is clearly dated; 1887. Both sides of the 'coin' are encapsulated behind clear, slightly domed lenses. Held securely within a fancy wide solid silver scrolled mount which is clearly stamped to the side; Silver. Large robust original silver top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Superb clean, bright and crisp condition with no damage, just a micro bit of wear to the enamelling (showing under eyeglass only) and few tiny overall little light and fine surface scratches commensurate with age.
