Pocket Watch : Silver Waltham Pocket Watch, 1937

The watch has a 7 jewel grade 610 stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 27,138,650 which dates it back to 1930. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has a 1937 inscription from when the watch was presented by Ici. The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the hallmarks inside the two case backs for Birmingham 1937, with a case maker’s mark for the Birmingham manufacturer Aaron Dennison. The case is in good condition. The glass lens has minor marking, nothing too serious at all. The signed dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. The watch comes in a new presentation box.
