Qing period (c.1890) large marble-inset hardwood Chinese plantstand. The shaped top with inset pink variegated marble surrounded by hardwood rim with carved edges. The open carved frieze with extensive foliate carving above an under-shelf. Supported on dragon carved cabriole legs with ball and claw feet.
