Rare Novelty Inkwell in the Form of a Hat and Cane

Rare antique novelty inkwell in the form of a hat and umbrella Very unusual travel inkwell consisting of the inkwell in the form of a top hat with a pen in the form of a cane and umbrella. The handle of the umbrella pulls out to use as a dip pen, this does not have a nib on it, but most will fit it. The handle of the umbrella is some form of celluloid. Some blue tint on the bottom section of the cane which could be ink and 4 tiny chips to the top hat paint. Inkwell top stuck. Probably Edwardian. Size 114mm long 35mm wide 38mm high
