Restored Parker Knoll Model 477 Armchair

A stunning fully restored Parker Knoll model no.477 armchair dating to the mid 20th century. The chair is an iconic piece, well suited to both contemporary and vintage inspired interiors. The frame is made of beech, this has been sanded and refinished with Osmo-oil, a hard-wearing wax/oil product used to create a smooth and durable finish. The upholstery has been completely renewed, with new fireproof foam for the seat cushion and new webbing. The fabric, with its simple and retro design, has been chosen for its original looking mid-century style, the yellow wool piping offering a striking contrast to the geometric print. A matching loose back cushion finishes off this comfortable and attractive chair. The chair is perfect for use in a lounge, office or bedroom, a statement piece for any room.
