Set of 6 Oak Arts and Crafts Dining Chairs Early 1900

A good set of 6 oak dining chairs including 2 carvers, likely Scottish in origin, of lovely quality and highly decorative with wavy back slats, pillar legs and decorative top rail. They survive in very much an original order with some great wear in the right places to the once ebonised oak. They certainly possess that Scottish Arts & Crafts look and design, however no maker's mark found yet. As mentioned they sit in good order. All chairs are firm with obvious wear, the green faux leather seating is serviceable but leaves a little to be desired... Mark our upholsterer could reupholstery in a fabric or leather of your choice for £420 plus Vat, plus fabric of which approximately 3 meters would be required.
