An early 18th Century Queen Anne Oak Gateleg Table of rare small proportions with Braganza foot. It is a lovely colour and in good original condition. The drawer knob replaced many years ago, one hinge replaced and a 3cm strip replaced to the inside edge of one of the leaves. The pegs are untouched throughout, the original corner brackets are still in place to the underneath of the long rail under the top, this rail unusually has a gap between the top. This feature is documented on a remarkably similar table in the book English Country Furniture by David Knell.
