This super king-sized classic Victorian bed features stunning quality mother-of-pearl inlay on the head and foot end of the bed. This Mop detail is surrounded by original brass discs. The remaining brass (knobs, collars, husks, knees and feet) on this bed is also original and has been further antiqued to darken and tone with the bed. Hand painted in our very own hand mixed paint finish in a truly captivating soft pearlescent silver colour which looks beautiful with the mother of pearl. The bed has been professionally restored with all joints checked with rails adapted to support wood slats and standard modern super king-size mattress 6' x 6'6"/180cm x 200cm. The frame has been shot blasted prior to hand paint finish.
