This exceptional antique Edwardian sterling silver frame has a double oval form with impressive scrolling wirework embellishments.
The double internal windows are surmounted with an impressive angular and spiralling wirework design to the upper portion.
The wirework ornamentation to the lower portion incorporates two scrolling feet.
Each window retains the original fabric covering and is supported with a hallmarked sterling silver strut.
This antique commemorative frame is inset with the original enamel portraits of Queen Alexandra of Denmark and King Edward VII.
