Description
A stunning Edwardian silver menu holder by the great James Fenton. This superior example has a triangular base for stability and a fabulous silver front panel, featuring enamel work in blues and orange and a central silver dolphin. Originally it would have held a menu card on a well-dressed table, but would also work well holding a photograph. A wonderful piece with a practical use today. Provenance : Douglas Shepherd Collection (auction 2013)
