The Vintage 1986 Sapphire and Diamond Ring

This gorgeous ring features a beautiful blue sapphire cabochon for 0.40ct at its centre, framed by six brilliant cut diamonds for 0.08ct. The cluster gemstone gallery joins to plain yellow-gold shoulders and band. This ring is fully hallmarked by the Assay Office of London for 18ct gold in 1986.
