Victorian Apothecary or Collectors Cabinet with Hobbs & Co Lock

This a handsome little cabinet dating to the mid 19th century made of solid mahogany the cabinet is well made and features a door lock by Hobbs & Co of London. It could be used as a collectors chest for stowing away small treasures and is perfect for use on a desk top. The cabinet has double doors to the front which open to reveal an arrangement of four drawers finished with recessed turned knobs. The drawer interiors are in clean condition. The wood has a Danish oiled finish to the exterior which is fairly matt and quite smooth. The key shown is purely decorative, unfortunately I haven't been able to find a key that works in the lock. Various small marks of age and use.
