Victorian Pocket Watch Chain Vesta Case Fob 1890s Scottish Thistle Antique Fob

Gentleman's original Victorian large and chunky pocket watch chain brass vesta case fob in the form of a Scottish thistle. Similar to the fobs I have supplied to Pinewood Studios. (Have shown a photograph of it with a 16 ligne gold plated pocket watch to give an indication of its large size - the watch is Not included in the sale). Measures; 5.5cm height (including the top ring), 3.8cm width, 1.8cm depth and weighs a heavy 28.2 grams. Highly detailed and beautifully engine turned two dimensional brass Scottish thistle Vesta case which has a tight and well fitting lid (closes with a very reassuring click) and good ribbed striker to base. Robust secure brass to ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Excellent clean and bright condition with no wear and just a tiny bit of very light overall patina / little surface scratches - all commensurate with age.
