Vintage 1.30ct Ruby & 0.39ct Diamond 18ct Yellow Gold Dress Ring 1979

Fine and impressive vintage 1.30 carat ruby and 0.39 carat diamond, 18 carat yellow gold, 18 carat white gold set dress ring; part of our vintage ruby jewellery collections. This fine vintage ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with an 18ct white gold setting. The impressive spiralling elongated setting displays fifteen claw set round cut rubies, totalling 1.30cts. The ruby array bears a paralleling white gold setting embellished with ten claw set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totalling 0.39ct. The ring setting surmounts an impressive plain 18ct yellow gold hallmarked ring shank. The interior of the shank is hallmarked with the maker's mark (Ga), the gold guarantee mark (crown), 18ct mark (750), the London Assay Office hallmark (leopard's head) and date letter for 1979 (E). This 1970s ruby and diamond ring in yellow gold is supplied with an Idgl diamond and gemstone grading report card.
