Vintage 1.92ct Diamond & Platinum Dress Ring

This is a stunning, fine and impressive vintage 1.92 carat diamond and platinum dress ring; part of our diverse vintage jewellery and dress rings collection. This stunning vintage diamond ring has been crafted in platinum. The pierced decorated, swirl style setting is ornamented with a feature 0.72ct transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond, claw set in subtle relief to the centre. The principal diamond is encompassed to one side with a splayed arrangement of nine claw set baguette cut diamonds. The opposing side of the setting is ornamented with scrolling designs accented with four pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, terminating with individually collet set diamonds. The feature setting is further embellished with a collar design accented with three channel set baguette cut diamonds, completing the asymmetrical design. The elevated, pierced decorated ring shoulders are ornamented with seven pavé set transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank. This stunning 1950s diamond dress ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the platinum mark (Pla) (see image 6 for reference) and has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton Xl2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum. This impressive piece of vintage jewellery is supplied with an Idgl diamond grading report certificate for the feature stone, in addition to an Idgl diamond grading report card for the supporting stones.
