The substantial setting is further embellished with six modern brilliant round cut diamonds totalling 0.52ct, claw set in vertical rows of three to either side of the central aquamarine. The pierced decorated, subtly elevated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank.
