A smart and extremely well made vintage Danish teak desk by Heinrich Roepstorff, dating from the 1960s.
This is of outstanding quality, it has a stylish and very practical design. It is a lovely compact size, yet offers plenty of work and storage space. The teak top has chamfered edges with a bank of two drawers beneath and a generous knee hole space. This sits on chrome hair pin legs, the whole thing is very heavy for its size and is very sturdy. The top drawer has a handy removable filing tray, the back of the desk is nicely finished, so it can be used as a free standing item.
This is in excellent condition for its age, with just some minor wear and a few very minor marks on the top, seen in the images. We have given it a clean and fresh oil polish.
