Vintage Fob 1960s Park O Meter Golden Gilt Pocket Watch Chain Clock Face Fob

Gentleman's highly unusual Vintage golden gilt and faux leather 'Park O Meter' pocket watch chain fob. Measures; 4cm height (including the top ring) and 3cm diameter. Interesting watch (or clock) face to the front showing bold black Roman numerals and the hour and minute hands can be manually set to any time. Clearly stamped in arched black script to centre; Park-O-Meter. The back carries tan brown faux leather and is inscribed in gold very fancy script; "Set the time save the fine". Robust original secure gilt top ring to attach to a Gentleman's pocket watch chain. Superb clean, bright and crisp condition with no wear or damage and just a few tiny (micro) overall little surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
