Stunning, fine and impressive vintage 1980s French 2.37 carat diamond and 18 carat yellow gold crossover ring; part of our diverse gemstone jewellery and estate jewellery collections. This stunning, fine and impressive vintage diamond ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold. The elegant twist design displays a feature claw set 0.72ct brilliant pear cut diamond to one terminal. The opposing terminal is embellished with three brilliant marquise cut diamonds, set within an elongated trefoil shape. The ring shoulders are further ornamented with six baguette cut diamonds and fully integrate into the twist arrangement, blending seamlessly with the plain hallmarked ring shank. The outer surface of the shank is hallmarked with the French hallmark for 18ct gold (eagle's head). This impressive vintage diamond crossover ring in yellow gold is supplied with an independent diamond grading report certificate for the feature diamond, in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones. This impressive vintage diamond ring in yellow gold is fine quality, set with a stunning high colour and clarity graded feature diamond displaying a fine white colour, brilliance and presence. The well colour matched, high graded supporting diamonds display a fine white colour and brilliance. The ring is a very good gauge of gold and is in excellent condition, with a partially struck French hallmark to the exterior of the shank. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine pear shaped engagement ring.
