Vintage French Figural Fob Watch Form Enamel Powder Compact c.1950 Unused

This vintage novelty French powder compact is offered in excellent, unused condition and dates circa 1950. The case measures 6.5 cm in diameter. The case is made of gold tone metal in a fob watch form complete with watch "winder" and hanging ring. The base has glossy black cold painted enamel finish and the lid has mottled red and black enamel surface with deco gold metal linear design. The compact has firm hinge and secure catch and opens by pushing on the watch winder knob. Inside the compact has a clear and reflective bevelled glass mirror under the lid. The powder well in the base is empty of powder and retains the original sifter. This vintage powder compact is offered in excellent condition with no dents or dings to the case. The enamelled lid and base are in perfect condition with no losses. The case has no Id and is simply stamped to the interior under the mirror Made in France. Thank you for looking.
