Vintage Jaycee Furniture Oak Cupboard / TV Cabinet / Drink Cabinet / Brown Oak Colour c.1970

A very attractive, late 20th century, carved oak, TV / drinks / wine cabinet of excellent quality by Jaycee Furniture. It has a lift up top section with carved features and a two door opening lower section. Jaycee Furniture was incorporated on April 10, 1947 by Jack Cohen. The company manufactured designs based on Elizabethan and Tudor styles. During the post-World War II reconstruction of England, this was a comforting style for some of the public as it harkened back to a golden age in England's history when fine cabinet-making skills and craftsmanship were established. This excellent piece is a beautiful example and one not to be missed. It provides great display space and because it fits into any room, it doesn't take up too much floor space.
