Watch: 1950s Mid-size Enicar Wrist Watch

The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement, signed Enicar Watch Co. The watch measures 30mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs so it would suit a slimmer wrist. The case is chrome plated while the screw-on case back is stainless steel. The case is in nice condition, just the odd minor mark but very acceptable for a 1950s piece. The back of the watch states that the watch is waterproof but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture. The lens is in lovely condition. The signed dial is in its original finish with a textured honeycomb finish, original hands and centre seconds with a red pointer end. It is a very unusual dial with the red “jewels”. A new leather strap has been fitted. The watch comes in a new presentation box. All prices include UK postage (excluding Northern Ireland).
