West Persiann Khelleh Long Rug 9'9" x 4'5" (296x134cm Carpet)

A West Persian Khelleh or long rug, approximately 9'9" x 4'5", dating from the mid C20th. This rug has a faded charcoal field with two strawberry hexagons, enclosed by meandering vine borders. A hand knotted rug of quality wool, with short fringes to both ends. An attractive old rug, pleasantly worn in and ready for use. Dimensions: This rug measures approximately 296 cm long including fringes, and 134 cm wide. Condition: Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This rug is in a good condition, commensurate with its age. Vacuumed, deodorised, and treated for moth prevention. Clean and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
