This is an unusual 19th Century (c.1830) English William IV antique mahogany tea caddy in the form of a pedestal sideboard with a hinged lid opening to reveal a central well for a mixing bowl (now missing) flanked by two removable tea containers, all raised on bun feet and with applied brass lion’s mask and ring handles.
