This is a delightful sophisticated silver table lighter of 'urn form' with a circular 'half bun' below, sat on three smaller bun feet.
This exquisite table or cigar smokers accessory is from the leading silversmiths mark 'Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co' and was assayed in London in 1912.

Condition is very good with little other than light surface scratching, a small dink and hallmarks showing signs of zealous polishing over the past hundred plus years.
