Description
Mid century vintage four drawer chest of drawers by G-Plan made in the 1970s probably, if not the 1960s, part of their Limba range. Solid teak wood and veneer construction with some plywood. The base is painted steel. Metal pull handles. There's a gold G-plan, E Gomme stamp in one drawer bottom. Another drawer has a removable central divider.

Barnaby's of Battle has clarified that the Mid Century G Plan Teak Chest of Drawers 1970s (LA526373) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1970s
condition
Condition is pretty good structurally: it's solid and sound and the drawers work well. Cosmetically there are various scuffs, scratches and marks, mostly on the top (see pics) but not too bad. Could be stripped and refinished but meantime it's reasonably priced.
