The background orange making this a surprising vibrant piece and her beautiful face, large eyes and long brown hair are actually what capture your attention. It is signed and dated to 1963. I think the signature may read Rony Heirman, which if it does, it is possibly by the professional Belgian photographer and artist, though I can't find any paintings like this by him, so please don't quote me.
