A charming pair Arts & Crafts pitch pine single beds dating from circa 1920s/1930s. The headboards and footboards have triple indented panels, the headboard with arched top rails and featuring exposed pegged joints and chamfered corners. The beds are in beautifully figured solid and heavy pitch pine with good warm colour and patina. A stylish good quality pair of single beds; they feature two headboards, two footboards and four side irons. (no base or mattress included). Construction/Wood: Solid Pitch pine Condition Report: Solid and sturdy with wear and marks commensurate with age. Some splits to the feet, panels a little loose. Some knots in the wood to footboard panels.
