Sporting Racing Equine Bronze Race Horse & Jockey Group with Stable Groom Hands Sculpture Attributed Carybé.
Subject race horse being with jockey up being led along with stable groom hands, a feature that stands out is the patinated verdigris colour & experimental slender slim shape of the jockey and groom hands. Attributed to the known sculpture Julio Páride Bernabó his artistic name Carybé.
Handmade from sumptuous patinated bronze set on a wooden attached base with a green velvet lining underneath.
Initial signed on both rear sides with impressed marks

Biography of Héctor Julio Páride Bernabó (7 February 1911 – 2 October 1997) was an Argentine-Brazilian artist, researcher, writer, historian and journalist. His nickname and artistic name, Carybé, a type of piranha, comes from his time in the scouts. He died of heart failure after the meeting of a candomblé community's lay board of directors, the Cruz Santa Opô Afonjá Society, of which he was a member. He produced paintings, drawings, sculptures and sketches. He was an Obá de Xangô, an honorary position at Ilê Axé Opô Afonjá, his works fetch up to $97,400 Us dollars.
