Scottish Slim Longcase Clock

This Victorian clock by Andrew Thomson (1827-1841) Glasgow is in good condition and full working order, with an 8 day movement. The distinctive design of the figured mahogany case appears to have been influenced by the renowned Scottish cabinet maker George Bullock. It comes with the original pendulum and key. Footnote : Andrew Thomson clockmaker Glasgow the maker of this clock also made an important Regulator movement using a very similar case to this one which sold recently for £2500.
