Sterling Silver Bracelet 1975 Vintage Large Ornate Silver Discs - Heavy 77.5 Grams

Fabulous vintage solid sterling silver (fully hallmarked) Ladies highly impressive large disc and circle bracelet with very unusual clasp. (Please excuse the reflections / dark shadows in the pictures - was extremely difficult to photograph). Measures; 8 1/4" / 21cm total length and weighs a hefty 77.5 grams. Beautiful, crisp, totally un-worn, bright Sterling silver highly polished double row, engine turned articulated circular links (measure 4.5cm width together) with a big round feature 'disc' to centre (measures 4.2cm diameter) surrounded by a very attractive rope mount. This is beautifully decorated to the front with a light reflecting planished design to the front and has a 'watermark' adornment to the opposite side (so can be worn for daytime or evening). Original hook over clasp which snugly fits the very large swivel circular link to the opposite side by slotting it over the recess and turning the link around to secure. Fully and clearly hallmarked to one side of the bracelet (within different shaped, big fancy recessed cartouches) with the Lion Passant - Sterling silver, anchor (Birmingham assay) and capital scrolled letter; A - dating her to 1975. Also stamped within a round recessed cartouche; Ld (limited) and clearly stamped with the makers initials to one side of the large swivel link: Pw. Beautifully made and very comfortable to wear. Excellent, bright, clean condition with no wear or indentations (looks to have had very little use in her 48 years service, perhaps only high days and holidays) and just a few overall extremely light and fine little (micro) surface scratches (showing under eyeglass only) commensurate with age.
