Stunning Bohemian Ruby Overlaid Glass Decanter with Silver Frame

Stunning Bohemian glass decanter bottle with an applied silver frame in the Art Nouveau style, c.1920. The bottle is cranberry overlaid and cut to clear in fluting up the neck, around the lower half and very fine star cut base. The frame has 2 flattened bands around the body and neck, the lower with beaded decoration and the upper with foliate band and 2 spheres either side. The carry handle is a superb scrolled shape and has a continental hallmark stamped into the centre of the coil. I have not been able to identify it as it is partially obscured but has a "1" to the left side. Both the frame and stopper test as silver. The stopper is silver clad and a nice hexagonal shape with matching beaded band around the top.
