Description
Here is a most stunning and useable tabletop dressing mirror with three small drawers beneath. This piece is more unusual with it's eye catching bow fronted design. The item has, I believe, a walnut veneer of good quality, laid over a mahogany base. The mirror has bevelled edges. The three drawers, (a narrower one to either side and the larger central one) have been shaped to fit the frame perfectly and have small dovetail joints at the sides. A beautiful and unusual piece for your dressing or bedroom.

declaration
The Gentleman Terrier has clarified that the Bow Fronted Dressing Mirror with Drawers - 19th Century (LA496377) is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being c.1835
condition
The piece is in very good conditon for its age with a superb patina to the wood. There are only minor areas of difference to mention, some very small ring marks on the right hand side (when looking from the front) of the top flat surface, and a very minor loss of veneer to the left hand rear top corner. There is no key for the lock on the central drawer.
