Rare Antique Horse Racing Jockey Solid Brass Candlestick

This is a rare and nicely detailed solid cast brass candlestick featuring the figure of a standing racehorse jockey, holding his whip. There is a lot of detail in the casting of this piece with a leaf form drip tray and a decorative edge to the round base, which stands upon three integral feet. The item would be a great addition to any collection of horse racing pieces. There is no maker's mark apparent. The item is made from a heavy weight of metal.
