French Enamel & Brass Erotica Risqué Vesta Case c.1900

French brass and enamel flip top Vesta case depicting a comical scene. The front cover shows two ladies on stage and a gentleman looking at them from the side of the stage through binoculars. It has 'Vue d'avant scène' roughly translated as Front stage view written on the bottom. In good used antique condition, has been well used but a great collectable. The lid opens to reveal a place to hold your vestas/matches. The hinged lid doesn't stay open. Engine turned back with blank central cartouche.
