Rare First Period Worcester Porcelain Notched Rim Coffee Cup & Saucer L'amour

Finely potted small Worcester porcelain coffee cup and saucer with a very rare notched scalloped rim and grooved handle. Printed in black enamel with L'Amour pattern with garden statuary to the reverse of the cup. The larger saucer print features the "Rh Worcester" and anchor rebus mark for Robert Hancock, garden roller, small dog and various statues and fountains in the background including a rather unathletic looking Poseidon standing over a pond full of hippocampi. Unmarked c.1758-1760.
